Gail Horton has an MA in Social Science and Letters, a Diploma in Education, and the Cambridge CELTA. She joined EISU in 1980.

She is the senior administrator of EISU.  In addition, she runs the PSA Module in Intercultural Communication and Cross-Cultural Awareness and organises day trips throughout the year for international students.
